Shipping policy
Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery in the original packaging. The product must not have been used and must be in the same condition as when received.
Returns are always free. This means that you first contact us using the returns form and indicate which product you would like to return. We will then send you a return receipt with which you can send the product you want to return, properly packaged and with receipt, to a DHL/UPS locations. If your product has arrived safely and the return has been fully processed, we will refund you the purchase price of the product(s).
Unfortunately, returns are not possible for custom-made products such as insert mats and cross rails for pan holders.
